Translation

English to Japanese, Japanese to English. Underlying principle is "Translate with full respect for original meaning of each word", which is learned from my 7-year experience on handling foreign patent application.

Third party submission

In Japan, pre-issurance third party submission is welcome and fully considered by the Japan Patent Office (72% of submitted documents are raised successfully by Office Action in December, 2011). Only if you could send us documents to be submitted with brief explanation about the outline of arguments, we will prepare persuasive logics on how the application should be rejected. Our service includes a result report (about how the scope of claims is finally limited) as a result of the submission.
